- Don Rampone has been the head of the Kelowna Italian Club for the last five years. He and a few other club members have been keeping records and collecting information on the families that settled there. In this archiving exercise, they have found artefacts that tell incredible stories of the new Italian settlers to Kelowna. From letters to espresso sets, these relics tell the tales of families that came to a new land hoping for a better life. We understand their journey, see where they lived, what they did for a living in these remote and unchartered territories.
