After leaving a career in law at Goldman Sachs, Patrick persuaded acclaimed Chef Heston Blumenthal to let him learn the ropes at The Fat Duck. Patrick was the co-host of 'When Patrick Met Kylie: An Italian Love of Food Story' and is currently the co-founder and head chef of Hello Fresh UK, a cook-from-scratch grocery delivery service that delivers over 25,000 meals per week across the country. Patrick is co-founder and director of Stessa Onda Productions
